Free Expedited Worldwide Shipping via FedEx or UPS
- Once your order is placed, it will require a 2-4 business day processing period. Once the order has been tailor-made by hand and is ready to ship, the estimated shipping time is 3-5 days. Rest assured, that every doll has been thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
** Please note that due to the Covid-19 outbreak shipping times may be longer than normal as countries prioritise shipping essential goods and equipment to fight the virus. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time **
- Once shipped, you will be provided with the FedEx or UPS tracking code. All packages are discreet, they have no markings, logos or labels.
- We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card (all major cards accepted).
- We also accept payments via PayPal
- Credit Card Billing Statement is also discreet – it will appear as “SD”
- We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
- Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. If the doll is unused, we will honour a full refund of the doll.
- If you are not 100% satisfied we can accept a refund if the doll is unused.
- We understand that in rare cases of buyers may wish to cancel your order after purchase.
- We allow customers to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, if you still wish to cancel, there may be a restocking fee assessed and a partial refund issued.
